Lidl has started a partnership with Electrica Furnizare and Reciclad’OR to train its employees on resource efficiency. The partnership involves training sessions for Lidl employees on the responsible use of natural resources, as well as two auditing processes carried out by Electrica Furnizare – the first before the employee workshops start and the second after the workshops are completed. The audits assess both the energy efficiency of Lidl’s operations in Romania and the behaviour and theoretical knowledge of its employees regarding the consumption of energy resources.
