Diana Cîtu
CEO
She has been managing Reciclad’OR as CEO since its incorporation. She has a wealth of experience in the environmental field, innovating and promoting new ideas in packaging waste collection and recycling.
The high professionalism of the team around her, together with Reciclad‘OR’s position as leader of the OIREP market in Romania are elements that demonstrate Diana Cîtu’s qualities as a very good organizer and manager.

Denise Deleanu
COO
DENISE DELEANU is COO of Reciclad‘OR. Her main tasks are to set and manage the company’s operational objectives and to distribute them among departments to ensure the desired functionality and efficiency with clarity and focus.
In her 5 years of experience focused on recycling, she has understood how important and beneficial environmental protection is for all of us, as well as the fact that it is an area where our country is making real efforts to align with European standards.
She has grown both herself and the company organically, bringing in valuable partnerships, emphasizing transparency and reliability. Through the experience gained in the Master of Business Law, she is inclined to maintain the balance between the functionality of Reciclad’OR and the requirements of the market.

Mihaela Negulescu
CFO
Financial auditor, accounting expert and tax consultant, with over 25 years of experience in the financial management of companies, Mihaela Negulescu leads the financial - accounting department of the company. Through her entire activity, accumulated in the management of several companies in the field of food industry and FMCG, as well as in ANAF, Mihaela and her team contribute to the development of the strategic directions of the company, having as responsibilities: financial and accounting reporting of the company, financial analyzes and forecasts.

Marius Brînzea
Strategy Manager
Having over 26 years of managerial experience, Marius Brînzea is specialized in developing Sustainability and Circular Economy strategies (University of Cambridge), in designing competitive strategies (INSEAD) and innovating models of business ( Strategyzer - Zurich).
Throughout his career he has been active in various management positions in several industries. He led multinational teams and was involved in a number of strategic consulting projects in Europe and South America.
In the last 16 years he has been permanently involved, at national and European level, in a number of strategic projects specific to extended producer responsibility: circular economy and sustainability, management of packaging and packaging waste, educating and informing consumers, advocacy activities. the company in the permanent working groups of the International Solid Waste Association (ISWA) and the Prevent Waste Alliance.

With an impressive career of over 10 years in television, working with national and international teams to develop unique concepts in Romania, Adriana - Georgia Calcan enjoys a rich portfolio of projects, being the face of several established brands and making renowned TV, film and art productions.
Adriana is a pioneer of CSR in our country in terms of environmental responsibility. Since 2008 she has developed and promoted information and education campaigns that have received valuable appreciation from authorities and prestigious organizations, both nationally and internationally.
Adriana Calcan‘s imprint within Reciclad’OR is extremely valuable, her energy and enthusiasm often being the catalyst that has brought the whole team to participate joyfully in the more than 100 events and campaigns of the company. ROWINE, SAGA, Bon Jovi, #Recycling Makes Waves, #StopPollution, #StartRecycling, #Sixth Guard Coming, Little Cyclists Parade, etc. are just a few of Adriana‘s signatures. Together with state authorities, responsible companies, recyclers, and partner collectors, she has initiated sustainable, long-term projects within Reciclad’OR.

Alexandra Moldovan
Reporting Department Manager
Ready at any time to face challenges, ambitious, determined and with over 15 years of experience in the field of environmental protection, Alexandra Moldovan coordinates the Reporting Department. Composed of young, energetic and dedicated people, the department has an important role within the company, being a basic link of the company, which actively participates in the process of taking over the responsibility of packaging recycling, in order to achieve the annual objectives of recycling and valorization of waste packaging.

Ancuța Vlăsceanu
Internal Audit Manager- Traceability Department
A graduate of the Faculty of Geography - Environmental Science, dynamic, determined and with over 7 years of experience in the environmental field, Ancuța Vlăsceanu coordinates with professionalism and dedication the work of the Internal Audit - Traceability Department within the company.
Made up of young, energetic, persevering and responsible people, the Traceability Team, an extremely important component of the process of taking responsibility for the recycling of packaging waste, makes a direct contribution to achieving the company’s objectives and, implicitly, to achieving the recycling and recovery of packaging waste at national level.

Vlad Birău
Purchases Department Manager
Over 8 years of experience in waste management, working both in sanitation companies and companies recycling recyclable waste, Vlad Birău is currently director of the Purchases Department within the company. The department he leads has an essential role in ensuring the achievement of recycling objectives, for the entire client portfolio for which Reciclad`OR has taken responsibility.
The procurement team is made up of young, dynamic, proactive people who succeed in ensuring the fulfillment of the company’s strategic objectives.
