World Premiere – Recyclad’OR at the World’s First Electric Street Karting Circuit for Kids!
Reciclad’OR kicked off the 4th edition of the SuperCup Romania at Electric Karting, which took place in the heart of Bucharest.
For two days, Calea Victoriei was transformed into a real racetrack.
So the little champions competed in the biggest competition dedicated to electric karting.
A first for Romania: the karts are 100% electric and exclusively solar charged. During the competition, the specially brought in competition equipment charged the special competition batteries with about 310 kw.
0% – ZERO carbon emissions, ZERO noise pollution, ZERO exhaust fumes on Calea Victoriei for 2 days during the first children’s electric vehicle competition – eKarting of the 2021 summer season.
At the event, 40 children aged 4-13 competed not only for a prize, but to show us the future we want.
In addition to the karting competition, the event also had an educational purpose.
Reciclad`OR organised workshops and communication sessions, the theme being environmental protection against pollution, waste collection and recycling for a healthy city.
The award ceremony was attended by:

- Stelian Bujduveanu – Deputy Mayor of Bucharest City Hall.
- Norris Mageanu – President of FRAS (Romanian Federation of Motorsport).
