The company Reciclad’OR SA was established in 2017, as a natural consequence of the activities of the prestigious companies that founded it.
In recent years, the company’s shareholders are: Maspex România SRL, Unicom Production SRL (Urlăți), Colector Glass SRL, Le Manoir SA, Klaus SRL (Artesana).
The responsibility of protecting the environment has become in recent years a primary component of the business principles that lead companies of responsible producers, as they understand that only together they can achieve concrete results in increasing as much as possible the degree of recycling of the packaging they put on the market.
Reciclad’OR SA, today the leader of the market and of the transfer of responsibility, has fulfilled all these wishes of its shareholders, as well as over 1200 partner companies.

The e-recycling.ro portal
Reciclad’OR SA has innovated the responsibility transfer market by implementing an online reporting platform, easily accessible both by producing companies and by collecting and recycling partners. The e-reciclare.ro portal, the only one of its kind in Romania, has become a valuable monthly aid granted to companies that place small quantities of packaging on the market (10 tons/year), as they go through the entire reporting process in less than ten minutes. Over 200 CSR campaigns
Reciclad’OR has created an optimal strategic network for the implementation of CSR activities in order to improve social life in the long term. Thus, more than 3 million participants of CSR projects benefited from informational support to make them aware of the importance of practicing ECO-responsible behaviors.
Reciclad’OR runs environmental projects through partnerships with institutions in the field, local and national organizations: the Ministry of the Environment, Water and Forests, the Ministry of Education, the National Environmental Guard, the National Agency for Environmental Protection, ADIs (Intercommunity Development Associations) and UATs (Territorial Administrative Units) from all over the country.

The European Directives, the Action Plan for the Circular Economy and the European Green Pact draw clear directions for a cleaner, more competitive, more sustainable Europe.

We believe that Romania must become one of the top 10 eco-responsible European countries in the coming years. At the national level, Reciclad’OR is present today through work points in Bucharest, Iași and Cluj, and will soon be present in other cities. Also, in 2022 we opened an office in Chișinău, in the Republic of Moldova. The environment in which we live represents one of the most important responsibilities we have, on which almost our entire lives depend on and, increasingly, the lives of generations to come.
