PPWR does not start on August 12. It begins the moment you realize you cannot postpone it.

Only 79 days left until August 12. This is not a dramatic line for a newsletter. It is an operational reality that our partner companies have been working with for months. Regulation (EU) 2025/40 — PPWR — becomes applicable with its first concrete obligations on 12 August 2026.

I would like to congratulate you on yesterday’s meeting on Circular Economy training.
I had a pleasant experience with your team, and your partners as well.
Mr. Marius Brînzea is a professional, he has the art of talking and explaining things, and I am sure that all the partners present yesterday, or at least the majority of us, have learned new things related to environmental protection, solutions that can be implemented at company level, as well as predictions for the near future in terms of reducing the quantities of waste generated.
