Who We Are
Founded in 2017 by a group of companies (producers and importers of packaged products), Reciclad’OR is an OIREP created as a sustainable solution that fulfills the legal obligations for packaging recycling placed on the national market.
Today, Reciclad’OR is an undisputed leader in responsibility transfer, not only through its extensive partner portfolio and significant quantities of waste managed, but also through the superior quality of the circular economy services provided.
Since its establishment to the present day, the company has strictly complied with all legal obligations assumed in relation to its partners. This is confirmed by the annual endorsements obtained following rigorous state authority controls. The most recent Tax Inspection Report, successfully completed on August 25, 2025, confirms Reciclad’OR’s commitment to transparency, performance, and quality in sustainability.

2017We founded Reciclad'OR
- 2018The first OIREP with its own (online) platform dedicated to reporting partner quantities.
- 2019E-RECICLARE - Launch of the first online recycling application for companies that place up to 30 tonnes of packaging per year on the market.
- 2020WEBINARS & ONLINE CONFERENCES on impactful topics (e.g., those dedicated to SUP and the tax on non-recycled plastic), with the participation of hundreds of companies and central authorities.
- 2021CIRCULAR ECONOMY TRAINING with the participation of over 600 participants from more than 200 companies.
- 2022TECHNICAL WORKSHOPS dedicated to the implementation of SGR (Deposit-Return System), for identifying risks, impact, and opportunities - over 100 companies.

The e-Reciclare.ro portal
Reciclad’OR SA has innovated the responsibility transfer market by implementing an online reporting platform, easily accessible to both producing companies and collection and recycling partners. The e-reciclare.ro portal, the only one of its kind in Romania, has become a valuable monthly aid for companies that place small quantities of packaging on the market (10 tonnes/year), allowing them to complete the entire reporting process in less than ten minutes.
Over 300 CSR campaigns
Reciclad'OR has created an optimal strategic network for implementing CSR activities aimed at improving long-term social life. Thus, over 3 million participants in CSR projects have benefited from informational support to become aware of the importance of practicing ECO-responsible behaviors. Reciclad'OR carries out environmental projects through partnerships with institutions in the field, local and national organizations: the Ministry of Environment, Waters and Forests, the Ministry of Education, the National Environmental Guard, the National Environmental Protection Agency, ADIs (Intercommunity Development Associations), and UATs (Territorial Administrative Units) from across the country. Tomorrow's future belongs to our children, and it is our responsibility to give them a cleaner planet and to teach them how to respect it.
Circular Economy Training
European Directives, the Circular Economy Action Plan, and the European Green Deal outline clear directions for a cleaner, more competitive, more sustainable Europe. The main facilitator of sustainability is the Circular Economy. Industrializing the concept of the circular economy is a major challenge both for industry and for all other constituents of the business environment. Through Circular Economy Training, as well as through the other information we provide, we aim to be a constant source of information and inspiration for Romanian society in its transition towards the circular economy.
International presence
Reciclad’OR SA is a member of ISWA (International Solid Waste Association) & PWA (Prevent Waste Alliance), two of the most prestigious European associations specific to packaging and packaging waste management. Thus, Romania's voice is present in the most important professional bodies at an international level.
