Facilitator: Marius Br\u00eenzea, Strategy Director, Reciclad&#8217;OR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This was not a general overview of PPWR. It was an intensive session built around Antibiotice&#8217;s own packaging, processes, and the specific, real-world questions its team brought to the table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">From final text to compliance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PPWR has applied directly in all Member States since 12 August 2026. For a pharmaceutical manufacturer, the question is no longer &#8220;what does the Regulation say?&#8221; but &#8220;what does it mean for every single package we place on the market?&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That&#8217;s why this PPWR workshop for Antibiotice started from the company&#8217;s portfolio, not from theory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PPWR workshop at Antibiotice: applied, not theoretical<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Their own portfolio, not generic examples.<\/strong> Every topic started from Antibiotice&#8217;s packaging and flows. Participants worked on their own situations, not on case studies from other industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. The specifics of the pharmaceutical industry.<\/strong> PPWR provides for derogations and special regimes for packaging in contact with medicinal products. Where they apply and where they don&#8217;t was one of the key clarifications of the day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Real questions, answered on the spot.<\/strong> The teams raised cases from their day-to-day work. Answers came on the spot, with direct reference to the text of the Regulation and the European Commission&#8217;s guidance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The key takeaway for participants<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PPWR compliance is not a single-department project.
