{"id":71662,"date":"2026-08-05T15:28:52","date_gmt":"2026-08-05T12:28:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reciclador.green\/?p=71662"},"modified":"2026-08-20T15:31:42","modified_gmt":"2026-08-20T12:31:42","slug":"over-100-companies-in-romania-are-already-using-the-yvora-platform-for-compliance-with-the-european-packaging-regulation-ppwr","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reciclador.green\/en\/over-100-companies-in-romania-are-already-using-the-yvora-platform-for-compliance-with-the-european-packaging-regulation-ppwr\/","title":{"rendered":"Over 100 companies in Romania are already using the Yvora platform for compliance with the European Packaging Regulation (PPWR)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The platform issues packaging sheets, technical documentation and declarations of conformity every day for more than 500 packaging codes, one week before the first requirements of Regulation (EU) 2025\/40 become enforceable on 12 August.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One week after the official launch on 29 July 2026, the Yvora platform (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.yvora.ro?utm_source=copilot.com\">www.yvora.ro<\/a>) is already used by over 100 companies in Romania, which generate packaging sheets, technical documentation and declarations of conformity daily for more than 500 packaging codes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Regulation (EU) 2025\/40 on packaging and packaging waste (PPWR) becomes partially enforceable starting 12 August 2026 \u2014 the deadline by which companies placing packaging on the EU market must be able to prove compliance through complete technical documentation and a declaration of conformity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Yvora platform automates this process: for each packaging, users build a sheet with its components, from which the Technical Documentation (Annex VII) and the Declaration of Conformity (Annex VIII) are automatically generated, in no more than 5 minutes per packaging. Upon validation, each document is archived according to the requirements of Art. 39 of the regulation, with retention periods of 5 or 10 years, and the complete file for each code is downloaded as a single archive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beyond the mandatory documents, the application includes technical risk analyses for each packaging, an EPR Register for EU markets, data import and export functions, as well as an API for integration with companies\u2019 internal systems. Each subscription includes instructions for every field in the platform, completion guides, eLearning modules and access to a consultant specialized in PPWR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201cThese figures are not promises \u2014 they are the realities of companies aligning with PPWR requirements. The difference between being prepared and being exposed does not show this week \u2014 it shows at the first audit or at the next complex PPWR requirements that enter into force.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u2014 Marius Br\u00eenzea, Strategy Director, Reciclad\u2019OR<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The regulated deadlines extend until 2030, as new PPWR requirements become applicable: harmonized labelling and QR codes, minimum recycled plastic content, EPR fee eco\u2011modulation, reuse, banned packaging formats, minimization and empty space limits, among others. Yvora will integrate these modules as the European Commission\u2019s delegated acts become applicable, at no additional cost for existing subscribers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>About Yvora<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">YVORA is the first application fully developed in Romania for the operational and strategic management of all requirements under Regulation (EU) 2025\/40 on packaging and packaging waste (PPWR). The platform is available at yvora.ro and is designed for all companies placing packaged products on the EU market. Yvora provides companies with a complete workflow, from the packaging sheet to archived compliance documents. Testing the application, on your own packaging, is free for 48 hours at yvora.ro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>About Circulad\u2019OR and Reciclad\u2019OR<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Circulad\u2019OR SRL is the company that developed Yvora, part of the Reciclad\u2019OR group. The product was built with the direct advisory support of Reciclad\u2019OR S.A., the group\u2019s extended producer responsibility (EPR) organization, which currently manages thousands of active compliance contracts for packaging management for companies in Romania.
